Ms. Freeman carries
an unwavering passion for leadership and professional development.
Having worked in both private and public sector environments, she brings
with her over 13 years experience in Communications and Business
Development. Graduating from the University of Colorado at
Boulder, Ms. Freeman adopts the Coast Guard-133 mission towards
continuous improvement of the Coast Guard's leadership and

CDR Gay is a life-long student of leadership. He spent 11 years enlisted, as a Quartermaster, before attending OCS in 1993. He is currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Leadership Development Center.
