Coast Guard Inspirational Leadership Awards

The Office of Leadership and Professional Development sponsors four annual leadership awards:

• CAPT John G. Witherspoon Inspirational Leadership Award
• MCPO Angela M. McShan Inspirational Leadership Award
• George R. Putnam Inspirational Leadership Award
• COMO Charles S. Greanoff Inspirational Leadership Award

In addition, we manage two Navy League leadership awards:

• Douglas A. Munro Award for Inspirational Leadership
