MS. RIGNEY WILL REVIEW AND FORWARD ALL QUALIFIED PACKAGES THAT WILL BENEFIT THE UNIT/COMMAND THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH TO COMDT CG-133 TO COMPETE WITHIN THE PANEL SELECTION PROCESS. NON QUALIFIED PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED BY MS. RIGNEY.
