Development program will identify and provide the right leadership
development capabilities, at the right time, in the right place, and at the
right cost to achieve the Coast Guard's
CG-133 is the program manager for a comprehensive Coast Guard wide system of leadership and professional development activities (Core Values, Leadership Competencies, Leadership Framework, Unit Leadership Development Program, Mentoring and Individual Development Plans) in addition to unique continuums of leadership and professional development activities designed specifically for each workforce (enlisted, officer, civilian, auxiliary). This includes all resident and non-resident leadership education and professional development training.
