For those individuals who are newly assigned to the SENECA, you will receive a Welcome On Board package, and a message stating who your sponsor is along with some other important information about reporting on board.
Reporting On Board. Personnel shall report to the quarterdeck and ask for the Officer of the Day (OOD) or sponsor NLT 2400 on the assigned day. The uniform for reporting on board is Tropical Blue Long (with combination cover) in the summer and Service Dress Blue (with combination cover) in the winter. Driving / Flying into Boston, MA - There are numerous methods of transportation from the airport. The most convenient is taxicab. There is also the T (Boston's Public transportation). If SENECA is inport, make arrangements ahead of your arrival and someone will pick you up.
Coast Guard ISC Boston is located in the heart of Boston's North End, at 427 Commercial Street, and is within easy access to and from the T and various ferry terminals.
Public Transportation
