Personnel will report to the quarterdeck and ask for the Officer of the Day (OOD) NLT 2400 on the assigned day. Uniform for reporting is Tropical Blue (with combination cover). If BEAR is underway and you are unable to reach your sponsor, you should contact the PSSU Portsmouth Customer Service Center (CSC) at (757) 686-4002 regarding your reporting date and intentions.
Driving / Flying into Norfolk, Virginia - There are numerous methods of transportation from the airport. The most convenient being the airport limo service. For $ 25.00 to $30.00 they will bring you to ISC Portsmouth. There is usually a member of the U.S. Armed Forces on duty in the Airport Information booth to assist you. They have information about all military installations in the Hampton Roads area.
