The U.S. delegation holds a public meeting several weeks prior to departing for the IMO meeting. The purpose of the public meeting
is to provide an opportunity for the public to interface with the Coast Guard on the U.S. position for each agenda item. Members of the public
interested in attending must contact the meeting coordinator at least 7 days prior to the meeting. The basic meeting details are below however, additional
details can be provided by contacting the meeting coordinator.
At the end of each TC meeting, a final report is prepared for submission to the Council. The final report provides a record of the issues discussed and actions taken by the Committee. The final reports of the most recent TCC meetings are provided for your reference.
Additional TC meeting documents can be made available by the Coast Guard for U.S. citizens only. Please contact LT Kirsten Ambors if you would like to obtain additional TCC documents.
