Optometry Services: There are two Civilian Providers in Kodiak.
Dr. Myers and Dr. Shank are the two licensed optometrists in Kodiak. If you are Active Duty, please call the medical appointments desk at 487-5757 x 149 for an appointment with your Primary Care manager to get a referral.

Eye Glasses at Rockmore-King Clinic: The Rockmore-King Clinical Laboratory is open Monday thru Friday 1300-1530 (excludes Wednesday afternoon) for Active Duty and Retiree prescription eyewear ordering. Eyewear is available free of charge through the Naval Ophthalmic Support and Training Activity (NOSTRA); we recommend patients get a new eyewear prescription every two years.
