Aloha and welcome to the Coast Guard Clinic homepage. Hale Kahu Moana: "House of the Guardians of the Ocean". We offer a variety of health care options to Active Duty beneficiaries.

Location: The main clinic is located at the Navy Branch Health Clinic Makalapa located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Bldg 1407, 1253 Makalapa Road (NAVSTA PH). Additionally, we maintain a Sickbay facility on CG Base Honolulu for the treatment of emergent/urgent cases and to administer the OTC, medical readiness & immunization programs.
