TRICARE Benefits
Uniformed Services Family Health Plan
TRICARE is the healthcare program for military families. The Regional Contractor for the TRICARE North Region is Health Net Federal Services. We encourage CG families to review TRICARE Choices: At a Glance, a brief but useful guide to TRICARE program options available to eligible beneficiaries. Note that the Uniformed Services Family Health Plan is another TRICARE Prime option available in many parts of the ISC Boston area of responsibility.
This page provides basic TRICARE information and links to TRICARE web resources. While TRICARE Service Centers and TRICARE resources are available to assist families, FRSs can help families achieve the greatest healthcare benefit for their family member with special needs.
The TRICARE Extended Health Care Option (ECHO) provides financial assistance to supplement TRICARE benefits for family members with disabilities meeting ECHO eligibility requirements. For more details, link to the TRICARE ECHO Brochure.
TRICARE Case Management
Your family may be eligible for case management services as a no-cost
benefit. Please visit TRICARE's
website for more information about case management. In our experience,
many CG families have greatly benefited from TRICARE case management
services.

Uniformed Services Family Health Plan
The Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP) is a TRICARE Prime option available to CG families in the Northeastern United States.
