Welcome to the U.S. Coast Guard Heath, Safety, Work-Life (HSWL) Regional Practice Boston Medical Division. We are an accredited outpatient treatment facility offering primary health care services to CG and DOD active duty members of the greater Boston area of Massachusetts and surrounding areas . The staff stands ready to provide you quality health care.
The primary responsibility of the HSWL Medical Division is to provide direct medical and dental support to our Coast Guard personnel and the personnel of surrounding DOD members.
Services include ambulatory care as well as medical evaluations, sports medicine, optometry, pharmacy,
and laboratory services. We strive to meet the highest standards of
health care services while insuring maximum access within the limits of our operational and budgetary resources.
