Uniform items that are altered in ANY WAY after customer receipt are NOT returnable. Uniform items may not normally be returned after 3 months from the date of invoice, even if not worn or altered. Requests to return uniform items after this 3 month period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the UDC. Due to problems with returned items being lost in shipment, members are advised to ship their returns back to the UDC by requesting a return-receipt confirmation from the shipping source used. The cost of shipping the return back to the UDC is the member's responsibility. Due to hygienic concerns, undergarments and swimsuits are NOT returnable, unless there is a quality deficiency.
