Mailing Procedures for EOCTs
Education Services Officer
Inner envelope- Include test booklet and answer sheet.
- Clearly mark envelope: TO BE OPENED BY CGI CST DIVISION ONLY - TESTING MATERIALS
- Seal inner envelope.
Outer envelope- CGI strongly recommends all testing material be sent FedEx or USPS Registered Mail. This provides a tracking number in case materials are lost in transit.
- If sending USPS, clearly mark: FIRST CLASS
