The Coast Guard’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program provides the framework by which we prevent sexual assault. By implementing and sustaining comprehensive SAPR strategies that focus on awareness, cultural change, prevention, response, victim support, intimidation-free reporting, fair and impartial investigations, and accountability we ensure the safety and well-being of all our greatest asset, our people.
