Work out programs
The following programs were evaluated by the Coast Guard Health Promotion Managers. This list will help you design the ultimate fitness routine for you and your unit. A balanced fitness program should consist of alternating strength training programs with cardio-respiratory endurance programs throughout the week. Click on the program you are interested in to see if it meets your needs.
