West Virginia Memorial Tunnel - Emergency Response Training - The Atlantic Strike Team conducted hazardous material response training April 13-17, 2009 at the Center for National Response in Standard, W. Va., inside the Memorial Tunnel. The facility is designed to prepare responders for real world incidents.
