Operations Officer
The Operations Officer is the main link between the team and the call for assistance. The Operations Officer has to balance all pertinent commitments, including case loads, exercises, instructor requests and external training opportunities. The OPS Officer, must be thoroughly familiar with NSF SOP as well as strengths and weakness of the crew in order to maintain peak operational readiness.
