The 87' Coastal Patrol Boat (CPB) replaces the aging fleet of 82' Point Class cutters and improves mission performance in the areas of Search and Rescue, Enforcement of Laws and Treaties, Marine Environmental Protection and Port Security and Safety. Learn more about the CPB>>

Status

Reef Shark, commissioned on March 23, is the final CPB to be commissioned in Coast Guard Service. The project also has delivered two of a total of four boats for the U.S. Navy and two Republic of Malta CPBs (sold through the Acquisition Directorate's Foreign Military Sales program).
