Background

The National Vessel Documentation Center, working in consultation with the Maritime Administration, recently concluded a report on its investigation into the coastwise eligibility of Trico Marine Services, Inc. and two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Trico Marine Assets, Inc. and Trico Marine International, Inc. The text of the Investigation Report, as well as the Final Action Memorandum, are posted below.
