CG-5 Organization
The Incident Management and Cross Contingency Division is responsible for the Coast Guard cross contingency planning program for all incidents and all hazards. The Division coordinates with Headquarters and field personnel to facilitate linkage to the National Response Framework (NRF) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) of CG contingency programs. Additionally, the Division Chief serves as the Senior Action Office to DHS, FEMA, and the National Integration Center, to facilitate linkage to the NRF of CG contingency programs.
