CG-5322: Maritime Security (Antiterrorism) Division

Vision Statement

As the Coast Guard's program manager for all anti-terrorism policy related to maritime security and response operations, we have a vision of a Marine Transportation System that has low security risk because Coast Guard-owned security risk has been significantly and effectively mitigated.

Mission Statement

To bring our vision to reality, we will oversee all maritime Security and Response Operations policy while collaborating with the managers of the Maritime Domain Awareness and Regimes programs to support operational commanders conducting the Ports, Waterways and Coastal Security (PWCS) mission requirements. This includes conducting deliberate and contingency operations under the PWCS Operations Manual and measurement and analysis of program metrics. Also, we will manage the strategic implementation of the Coast Guard's Port Readiness program including National Port Readiness Network engagement; military outload contingency planning; and Port Readiness Committee oversight.
