Semiannual Regulatory Agenda
The Semiannual Regulatory Agenda report is published twice a year and acts as an update on regulations that are being processed within the Department of Homeland Security.
The Regulatory Plan, which is published as part of the fall edition of the Unified Agenda, identifies regulatory priorities and contains additional details about the most important significant regulatory actions that agencies expect to take in the coming year.
