Office Information
The Coast Guard Yard is
proud to provide issuance and renewal of all military identification cards
to military personnel, dependents, and retirees.
Common Access Cards are issued by appointment only.

call 410-636-3763 to leave a detailed message and one of the
CAC Verifying Officials will return your call promptly to schedule an
appointment.
The CAC Office is closed
on holidays. The hours of
operation are Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1500.
The CAC Office is closed from 1130 to 1230 daily for lunch.
