Charles Zerbe is the Yard's Production Manager. He is responsible for production management of all projects pertaining to the Industrial Department such as vessel repair, vessel renovations, repairable items, and road work. He supervises the Yard's General Foremen, Dock Master, Project Managers, and Chief of Planning/Estimating.
Mr. Zerbe came to the Yard in 1972 and his forty-year Yard career has supported scores of vessels in the Yard for repair and renovation, as well as new construction. He is a veteran of the Maryland Army National Guard, having served from 1969 to 1975.
