The Engineering, Electronics & Logistics Quarterly, formerly the Systems Times, first published in the spring of 1997, is a quarterly magazine published by the Engineering and Logistics Directorate (CG-4).  Only the current two years issues are available on-line, see table below.

Systems Times/Engineering, Electronics & Logistics Quarterly issues not posted on-line, can be obtained on CD in PDF format by contacting the editor Kerry.L.Freese@uscg.mil.  Individual articles are available, PDF format, upon request and can be e-mailed to the requester -- please contact the editor for assistance.
