TRACEN Petaluma Galley

The galley will be serving lunch to A school students only on Friday August 1st for the Coast Guard Day celebration.

Lunch meal service times have been altered, this change will take effect 15 April:
1100 - 1115 - ET/IT
1115 - 1130 - HS/OS/INDOC
1130 - 1145 - SK/YN CG & Contract Instructors, CPO Academy Students
1145 - 1200 - SIK personnel, EAs, SIT, DIs, & Medical hold, "C" school students, TRACEN AD Personnel, CG Civilian (GS, WG & NAF) & CAC card holding Contractors
1200 - 1230 - Retirees and Dependents
1215 - 1230 - All other authorized patrons including other Contractors

Dress Code

Military Attire
Uniform of the day is always appropriate

Civilian Attire
Patrons may wear civilian attire in the CGDF with the following exceptions:

A. Dirty, torn or otherwise mutilated clothing of any kind (includes military uniforms and civilian clothing)
B. Combinations of military and civilian clothing
C. Headgear of any type (excluding food service personnel who must keep hair covered)
D. Shower shoes
E. Halter tops, sport bras, tank tops, or any upper-body garment that exposes the midriff or underarm
F. Pants or shorts without a hem
G. Gym, jogging or other sports attire that is sweaty or dirty
H. Revealing shorts, pants or skirts exposing undergarments or the lack thereof
I. Plain white v-neck undershirts or sleepwear
J. Clothing with language or logos showing or discussing illegal drugs, containing anti-military messages, or containing obscene or lascivious messages
K. Other clothing deemed inappropriate by the watch captain on duty in the galley

The Instructor Watch Captain has the authority to remove and report any person(s) not complying with the above standards.

Other Attire
The Commanding Officer or Executive Officer may allow other attire under special circumstances. Only duty flight crews can wear flight suits in the CGDF.

Backpacks & Bags
All backpacks, briefcases, and bags shall be stowed in the hat/coat storage area near the CGDF entrance and not carried into the dining room.
