Member submits the final grade report to the ESO. The institution on the TA authorization must be the same institution which issues the grades and invoices the Navy.
Make sure the grade report includes the member's name and SSN (last 4 is sufficient).
Make sure the member has written the ESO's name on the grade report.
Open a new TACCTS ticket for the TAG Division and attach the grade report to the ticket.
When course grade is "Incomplete"
At the time the course is originally scheduled to end, the member will receive from the college a grade of "Incomplete" on a grade report.
Member submits this grade report to the ESO.
Make sure the grade report includes the member's name and SSN (last 4 is sufficient).
Make sure the member has written the ESO's name on the grade report.
Open a new TACCTS ticket for the TAG Division and attach the grade report to the ticket.
Member will be allowed 6 months from the original completion date to finish the course.
When the member receives the final grade report, they submit it to the ESO.
Make sure the grade report includes the member's name and SSN.
Make sure the member has written the ESO's name on the grade report.
Open a new TACCTS ticket for the TAG Division and attach the grade report to the ticket.
CGI will notify you when the grade submission has been completed.
What happens if a member doesn't submit their grades?
If grades are not reported within 42 days of the course end date, the member will not be able to request TA through WebTA.
If grades are not reported within 60 days of the course end date, two things occur immediately.
Member will be locked out of the TA system until the grades are received or tuition cost is repaid. This means member will not be authorized for additional TA.
NETPDTC begins taking action to recoup the cost the tuition assistance.
At 60 days without receipt of grades, they send the member a letter of notification.
At 90 days without receipt of grades, they send member's Commanding Officer a letter of notification.
