Our Vision

Our Vision is to be YOUR Clinic of Choice.

Providing responsive, caring, quality services on-site with continuing concern for our patients health beyond the walls of the clinic.

Establishing a program of personal recognition and professional development that others will emulate.

Engaging in constant vigilance and planning to maintain excellence in leadership, responsible stewardship of resources. In addition, engaging active involvement with the Academy and community.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide the best possible services to our patients in the form of preventive medicine, direct primary care and timely, hassle-free access to appropriate specialty care while ensuring the highest state of medical readiness in regional operational forces. We give timely and accurate advice to all patients and commands who may seek assistance with medical and medical administrative issues. We understand and embrace our responsibility to provide guidance and training to Health Services Technicians serving as Independent Duty Technicians at operational units, as well as to those Corpsmen in our clinic who aspire to such positions of responsibility. We demonstrate full commitment to our staff in the development of all such clinical and management skills needed to step up in leadership roles in follow-on tours.

We provide the fleet with healthy Academy program graduates who are armed with a thorough knowledge of long-term personal health management skills. We advocate win-win solutions in a system of infinite needs and finite resources. We maximize resources through innovation in resource sharing, outreach initiative and technology.

Above all, we recognize ourselves as and integral part of the Coast Guard Academy Mission. As such, we will conduct ourselves and our business in a manner to which those future leaders of character can aspire.
