  • Master Chief Petty Office of the Coast Guard (June 2006- May 2010), Served as a principal advisor to the Commandant of the Coast Guard. Assisted in key policy development and communications throughout the organization resulting in a smoother transition as the Coast Guard modernized almost all major business processes having to do with command and control, force standardization and sustainment and logistics support. Utilized all forms of communication including social media and mass messaging to assist in effecting change. Represented the Coast Guard in meetings with the President of the United States, Secretary of Defense and Secretary of Homeland Security.
