Air National Guard Noncommissioned Officer Academy (AFNCOA)

Course Location: McGhee-Tyson ANG, Knoxville, TN
Audience: High performing E-5s and E-6s.
Description: Emphasis is placed on developing leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Length: 38 days; Delivery will shift to a 7 month blended solution consisting of 6 months of online course work followed by 26 days of resident training. Changes take effect starting with session 0074.

Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (USNSEA)
Course Location: NAVSTA Newport, RI

Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education Course (SEJPME)

Course Location: Entirely delivered online
Audience: E-6 through E-9 (Active and Reserve). This course is a prerequisite for the Keystone Course and the US Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA)
Description: Prepares senior enlisted leaders assigned to joint organizations to successfully support activities and supervise multiple service members.
Length: Self-paced, takes approximately 20 hours
Availability: Offered entirely online and is accessible from anywhere at any time via the Internet.
