SHIPBOARD SATCOM OPERATOR (Course 500754)
Shipboard Satellite Operator Course provides the studentwith the introduction to basic Satellite Communications (SATCOM) currently utilized aboard WHEC (378's), WMEC (270's), WAGB (Polar Class) cutters. Shipboard Satellite Operator Course familiarizes the student with operation of SATCOM equipment utilized with various satellite subsystems and acquaints the student with the directives that govern the SATCOM environment.
