EMT Kit Inspection and Inventory
Inspection: A cursory inspection shall be conducted to replace missing items and check expiration dates:1. Daily or at duty section change over (whichever happens first)
2. Immediately after use
Inventory: Each EMT Pack shall be completely inventoried monthly for tampering, rust, cleanliness, deterioration, and expiration. A log shall be maintained to document the findings of these inventories and the remedial action taken.
Whenever possible, EMT Packs shall be secured away from weather decks.
