Documentation to be submitted when applying to borrow Coast Guard artifacts or
art:
- Proof Non-Profit status
- Proof of Insurance
- Description of the museum, museum mission statement, museum organizational/staff structure, current educational exhibits, collections management policy/statement
- Description of the objects or collections the organization wishes to borrow and proposed educational plan for those objects
- Photos and/or plans of the proposed exhibit space
