Civil Rights Awareness Training (CRA)

Information on Civil Rights Awareness Training can be found in Chapter 3 of the Coast Guard Civil Rights Manual, COMDTINST M5350.4C, on pages 3-B.1 through 3-B.3.  Topics include a description of the training, its method of delivery, requirements to receive and document the training, as well as the roles and responsibilities of field Civil Rights Service Providers, Commanding Officers, and Officers In Charge.
