Peak Season is May 15 - September 15.  During the designated Peak Season (May 15-September 15) eligibility for assignment to Guest Quarters is through a priority system in which incoming and outgoing personnel under PCS orders to/from a Coast Guard unit within the Cape May area are selected first.  For this reason eligible patrons with reservations must call 72 hours prior to reservation date to confirm reservation and availability.

The Non-Peak Season is September 16-May 14. All eligible patrons including PCS Arrivals can reserve Guest Quarters with no date restriction.
