SJCHC SPECIALTY SERVICES
OPTOMETRY CLINIC
The SJCHC Optometry Clinic is staffed by a licensed
Optometrist. Active Duty and Recruit personnel have first priority in this
clinic.
SJCHC Optometry
provides eye care services to all
non-active duty beneficiaries on a space
available basis, Appointments are required.
Clinic hours are Tuesdays from 0700 – 1400.

PEDIATRICS
While the Samuel J Call Health Services Center does not
have a Pediatric Clinic, children will be seen on a space available basis
for acute illness or injury.
SJCHC does not provide immunizations for anyone under the age of 16.
SJCHC does not provide Physical Examinations for patients under the age of 15.

PSYCHIATRY
Two licensed Psychiatrists and a licensed Social Worker
staff the Psychiatry department. The primary
responsibility of this department is caring for the Recruit and Active Duty
population.
All appointments are made by referral through a Medical Officer.
A licensed U.S. Public Health Service Physical Therapist and trained physical therapy technicians staff the physical therapy department.
Physical
therapy is located on the first deck of the Samuel J Call Health
Services Center.

The Physical Therapy Clinic
provides all beneficiaries (non-active
duty beneficiaries are on a space
available basis), during the following hours:
Monday through Friday 0630 - 1130
and 1300 - 1430
(Tuesday morning closed 1030 - 1130 for All Hands)
