APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications for Family housing must be submitted by all incoming personnel with dependents. Single persons should contact the Master at Arms (MAA) at (609)898-6224 for room availability.
TO SUBMIT YOUR HOUSING APPLICATION
1. Fill out a Housing Application (CG-5267).
2. Obtain a copy of your BAH Dependency/Emergency Data And SGLI Validation Form (CG-4170A) from your Yeoman.
3. Obtain a copy of your completed Orders (CG-5131)
4. Fax these to the Housing Office at (609)898-6274. Call to confirm that your application was received at (609)898-6918.
PRINT OUT A HOUSING APPLICATION (CG-5267) BY VISITING: WWW.USCG.MIL/FORMS
ALL PERSONNEL MUST RECEIVE A RELEASE FROM HOUSING BEFORE OBTAINING HOUSING ON THE ECONOMY.
