MWR Guest Quarters consist of six fully furnished two bedroom units, each with a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Guest Quarters are available year round. However the year is divided into seasons. Peak Season is May 15 - September 15. The Non-Peak Season is September 16-May 14. The units are equipped with essential housing items for everyday living needs. To keep the daily rental rate at a minimum, maid service is not provided and occupants are responsible for ensuring the units are kept clean.
PCS Reservations may be made up to 120 days in advance. For all other reservations (recreational or TAD), reservations shall be accepted no more than 30 days in advance.
Patrons will be notified whether their reservation request has been accepted or that all units are full. If all units are full, reservations go into a “standby” status. Once the reservation is accepted, MWR Staff will obtain information for payment and arrival time.
A minimum payment of one night stay is required. To receive a full refund for a cancelled reservation the patron must contact the MWR Office within 72 hours.
In order to reserve a unit you must complete the appropriate Guest Quarters application below. The completed form can then either be mailed, emailed or faxed as noted below. Please note that a down payment equal to one night’s stay is required when making a reservation. Application Forms can be filled out online, but must be saved and emailed back as an attachment.

The daily rate charged for PCS is approximately 1/30th (rounded to the nearest dollar) of a member’s monthly BAH. Residents may pay by cash, money order, check or credit card. Payment is due on the 1st and 15th of each month and/or upon checkout. For current rates please contact the MWR Office. $70.00 is the non-peak season (16Sept-14May); $80.00 is for peak season (15May-15Sept).
287A and 287B are now pet friendly. There is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit (in addition to the daily rate) and this must be paid prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN – Normal check-in times are Monday through Friday between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the MWR office located inside of the CG Exchange. If you must check-in outside of these times contact the MWR office to make alternate arrangements.
CHECK-OUT – Normal check-out times are Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at the MWR office. If you must check-out outside of these times contact the MWR office to make alternate arrangements.For more information, please call (609) 898-6922
