Routine medical appointments are for follow-up care, long term care, non-urgent care, and other care of a routine nature. Appointments are scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays (1030 - 1300 times reserved for training), Wednesdays (AM), and Fridays. Please call 898-6366 Monday through Friday to make an appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment please call 24 hours in advance. If you are late we will only hold the appointment 10 minutes past the scheduled appointed time, however, upon request we will make you an appointment for the next available day. Those failing to make their appointment may lose facility privileges.
Acute care appointments are for illnesses or injuries that have occurred within the last 24-48 hours. An appointment can be scheduled by calling 898-6366 between 0700 and 1600 Monday through Friday. An appointment will be booked at the time of call. If the demand for appointments is greater than the appointments available, patients will be asked to seek care from civilian providers using their TRICARE benefits.
There is no Active Duty Sick-Call. Active Duty personnel requiring same day service are to call 898-6366 between 0700 - 1600 for an appointment. If necessary, the Senior Medical Officer may authorize a walk-in appointment if no scheduled slots are available.
