SMEF Desk

C3CEN established the SMEF (System Management & Engineering Facility) Desk to provide customers, regardless of their support level, a single point of query, for all systems we support. The system is designed as a powerful, flexible, easy to use system for tracking calls, suggesting solutions, resolving problems, tracking parts information, and producing meaningful reports. It is designed to improve communications, simplify problem solving and improve reporting and analysis.
