Foul Weather Hotline
From the
North: Take I-95 South to I-64 East at Richmond, take I-64 to I-664 South at
Hampton, take I-664 to Hwy.164 East at Portsmouth, take the Cedar Lane exit and
turn left onto Cedar Lane. At the next
light, take a right onto Coast Guard Blvd. Follow this road to the end through
the gate. Take the first left and another left to get to C3CEN’s building on
Base Portsmouth.
From the South: Take I-95 North to US 58 East, follow US 58 East to
I-664 North at Chesapeake, take Hwy.164 East to Hwy.164 East at Portsmouth,
take the Cedar Lane exit and and turn left onto Cedar
Lane. At the next light, take a right
onto Coast Guard Blvd. Follow this road to the end through the gate. Take the
first left and another left to get to C3CEN’s building on Base Portsmouth.
From the Norfolk Airport: Leaving airport take Norview Ave. to I-64 East, take I-64 to I-264 West, take I-264 West to Portsmouth, go
through tunnel and stay on I-264 until it meets I-664 North. Take I-664 to
Hwy.164 East at Portsmouth,
take the Cedar Lane exit and and turn left onto Cedar Lane
. At the next light, take a right onto Coast
Guard Blvd. Follow this road to the end through the gate. Take the first left
and another left to get to C3CEN’s building on Base Portsmouth.
From the Midtown Tunnel: Come through the Mid Town Tunnel (58W). Take the VA-164 W ramp to Churchland. Take the Cedar Lane
Exit. Go straight through the light at the end of
the exit. This is Coast Guard Blvd.
Follow this road to the end through the gate.
Take the first left and another left to get to C3CEN’s building on Base Portsmouth.
