Education Services Officer
Available courses and tests- EOCT Course Information - List of all current courses and test available from the Institute as well as recently obsolete courses/tests. Includes current course codes, editions and test #s, passing scores, open/closed book and time limit information.
- ALCOASTS for EOCTs, EPMEs and EPQs.
- Unit Training Videos
Library unit ordering- Order courses in TACCTS (Course Support and Testing Main Page - Order Course Material)
- On the order form, ALWAYS select "Course Material Only"
- Courses sent to member via US mail.
- Job aid for library unit course ordering.
- For additional information see ESO Guide Volume II: Training - p.12
- Order tests in TACCTS (Course Support and Testing Main Page - Add Issue) with the following information:
- Issue Name: Title & Course code of requested tests
- Description: "Order Tests for Library Unit"
- Comments: include OPFAC and physical mailing address
- Tests sent via FedEx. TACCTS ticket returned to ESO with tracking number.
- Once tests are received, modify TACCTS ticket and add comment acknowledging receipt.
- CGI adds the tests to the ESO's TACCTS inventory.
- Job aid for library unit test ordering.

Non-library unit ordering- Order courses and tests in TACCTS (Course Support and Testing Main Page - Order Course Material)
- On the order form, select "Course Enrollment with Test"
- Course material sent to member via US mail.
- Test sent to ESO via US mail.
- Test is automatically added to TACCTS inventory.
- Job aid for non-library unit course & test ordering.
