Your assessment of your military experience tells you the type and amount of credit you have already earned towards a college degree. Much of the credit will only count toward lower division general education requirements. However, some specialized training could count toward upper division major courses. To maximize your use of your military experience, you might want to explore these majors.
Your nearest full-time ESO or Learning Center can offer advising on your college choices. They have access to many tools that can assist you such as skill and interest assessments. Your local ESO will be able to assist you in setting up an advising appointment.
The degree roadmaps are organized by CG rates. Under each rate you can find generic degree plans from SOCCOAST colleges that emphasize skills you have already learned. They may give you ideas on how to put your military experience to the best use.
