Mission Support Branch (FC-Tms)

The Mission Support Training branch provides program managers and rating force managers within Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS) with high quality workforce performance consulting services and training management support.

Education & Professional Development Branch (FC-Tepd)

The Education and Professional Development branch coordinates educational opportunity programs for Coast Guard personnel to improve the professional and academic abilities of the Coast Guard workforce.

Advanced Distributed Learning Branch (FC-Tadl)

The Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) branch provides the Coast Guard ADL community with strategic vision and direction that enables the development and implementation of the most effective, cost efficient electronic performance solutions that are aligned with the Coast Guard's overall operational and support enterprise.

Performance Technology Center (FC-Tptc)

PTC maintains Coast Guard Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for Analysis and ADL; conducts performance analyses; designs, develops, and disseminates ADL; design evaluations for PTC products; assists major acquisition projects; provides SABA Front End Analysis training bi-annually, oversees the Cosat Guard’s annual Human Performance Technology (HTP) Workshop; and develops HPT partnerships with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies.
