LT Thomas E. PrzybylaLT Tom Przybyla was born and raised in Barrington, RI. After graduating from Barrington High School in 2000, he reported to the Coast Guard Academy where he earned a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 2004. His first tour was as a deck watch officer aboard the Coast Guard Cutter WALNUT, a 225 foot buoy tender in Honolulu, HI. His second tour was as executive officer aboard Coast Guard Cutter THUNDER BAY, a 140 foot ice breaking tug in Rockland, ME. LT Przybyla then reported ashore to Coast Guard Headquarters where he was a Command Duty Officer in the Coast Guard's National Command Center. LT Andrew P. PerodeauLieutenant Andy Perodeau reported for duty as Executive Officer in USCGC BISCAYNE BAY (WTGB 104) in June 2011. He is a prior-enlisted Chief Operations Specialist with tours on USCGC CHASE (WHEC 718) and at Vessel Traffic Service Puget Sound. His first tour as a commissioned officer was as a Student Engineer in USCGC POLAR SEA (WAGB 11) where he stayed on an extra year to be the Assistant Operations Officer. LT Perodeau is an Air Force brat that calls O’Fallon, IL home. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. He is married to Kristi Holden of Westby, WI and they have two children, Holden (8) and Layla (2). |
