Helicopter Appearance Request

For all helicopter appearance requests, please provide a brief explanation of exactly what you desire and any other information pertinent to the event.  If possible, a fire truck standing by during our take-off and landing would be important in case of an emergency.  Also, the rotor wash from our helicopters can be significant.  Please ensure the area is clear of people, equipment, debris, vehicles, and any other potential hazards.  Often, a water wash-down of the area, especially parking lots, will prevent the blowing of debris, dirt, and rocks.

Please understand that, as an operational unit, circumstances may arise which prevent us from supporting your request, often with very little notice.  We will make every attempt to honor your request and make the best appearance possible for your event.

Please complete and submit the online request form below. A Response to your request may take up to five days due to our busy schedule. We appreciate your patience.
