2010 FLOOD RELIEF INFORMATION FOR COAST GUARD MEMBERS AND FAMILIES

6) As a reminder, the Employee Assistance Program is available to members and dependents to assist with any form of problem or issue that you may wish to address.  The EAP website is www.foh.dhhs.gov and the toll free number is 1-800-457-9808.  Click here for a 2 page downloadable brochure that you can reference.

5) As most of you know, the storms that passed through the Memphis area last weekend caused severe flooding at NSA Mid South.  As a result, the base clinic and pharmacy are closed with no estimate yet on when they will be re-opened.  In the interim, the Navy has provided the attached document to advise personnel on where and how to get medical care and pharmacy services.  Current information on the status of the Navy base and support services for CG personnel can be found on the Sector LMR website at uscg.mil/d8/sectLMR.  Please contact HS1 Allen if you have any questions regarding medical support.
