DRUG & ALCOHOL PROGRAM INSPECTOR (DAPI)
The District DAPI is responsible for the implementation of the Department of
Transportations and the United Stated Coast Guard drug and alcohol testing
regulations. The DAPI for District Eight is located at the District Office
in New Orleans. The DAPI works as a liaison between all District units,
Coast Guard Headquarters, the Drug Testing Industry, and the Marine
Community to ensure that all areas of the drug testing program are
adequately met.
