(409) 723-6564The Prevention and Compliance Chief is responsible for all personnel in the Prevention and Compliance Department, and activities pertaining to Foreign and U.S. vessels, MARAD vessels, Outer Continental Shelf, Alternate Compliance Program, the Streamlined Inspection Process, and Marine Casualty Investigations.

| Waterways Safety Branch | Unit small boats and the safe movement of vessels, including management of the South East Texas Waterways Advisory Council (SETWAC). Coordinates waterway management activities with the Port State Control Branch | (409) 719-5085 |
