Check In Process

If arriving during normal business hours of 0730-1600, Monday through Friday, proceed to the Administration office. The Admin office is located on the 2nd floor. We will contact your sponsor for you and get you started with the check-in process. If checking in during normal hours check in with the Visitor and Information Petty Officer (VIPO) at the elevator. They can be reached at 337-491-7800. After hours, weekends, or holidays please contact the Command Duty Officer at 337-912-0073.Prior to arriving for check in new personnel are encouraged to read the follwing documents:
